I had a great buying experience with my salesman Nika Jioevi at Buchanan Automotive. I’m a realtor and needed a fuel efficient car with plenty of room for my realtor signs. I got just that with my CRV Hybrid. He made the process fast and easy. I love my new car! Definitely recommend Nika!

Great family atmosphere. which is what is missing at most dealerships, wasn’t pushy gave us time to make our decision which is what we needed and we drove away with what we wanted. Would definitely buy again!

The “far from great” that google gives a one star rating is giving these people too much credit. I have had the single worst customer service experience in my life dealing with them and my issues are still not resolved. I can’t even get ahold of a general manager to speak with. Do not buy a car from here unless you like dealing with one manager that over promises and another that sticks you with a bill you didn’t ask for.

Nika was awesome. No pressure and made the process very easy. I test drove the car on Monday. Called them Friday and said i'd like to buy it. I came from 2 hours away, and when i arrived they had all the paperwork ready to go. I was out of there in about 20 minutes.
