We initially came into Buchanan Subaru due to 2017 Subaru having electronic break issues while on vacation. Service Center employee was empathetic and serviced immediately! Chris Reed Was my service advisor, and I was very pleased with my recent visit at Chevy Buchanan in Waynesboro. Kept me in the loop the whole repair process and honored my warranty when my local dealers wouldn’t. I will continue to work with this dealership just because of Chris and the service department.
Buchanan has a great marketplace for vehicles! I purchased a nice vehicle I can favorite over the years.

Started out very stressful, with a dented up brand new truck on the lot they were trying to sell me. When i flipped out on the team, they tried to de-escalate the situation the best they could, and luckily had another of the exact same identical truck, so they eventually got the sale, and i bought the new truck. Not sure about the service department, only dealt with the sales team. Pretty decent service overall considering how it started off.
Tom was absolutely amazing, he didn't stop until he found me the perfect car. I absolutely love it, thank you so much to Tom and also Mike for getting me in my new car so quickly
Did a drive thru had a lot of trucks on the lot
Prior to the day I purchased my car from Buchanan Kia, I had been speaking with Bernadette for several days. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions and concerns promptly, replied quickly, and provided thorough detail about how the purchase would work from start to finish. She made the experience smooth and stress‑free.
